Kao najopasniji zaga\u0111iva\u010di smatraju se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>lebde\u0107e \u010destice (PM)<\/li><li>ozon (O3)<\/li><li>azot dioksid (NO2)<\/li><li>sumpor dioksid (SO2) <\/li><li>ugljen monoksid (CO) &nbsp;<\/li><li>olovo (Pb).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/6-polutanata.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-721\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upoznajte se sa 6 najopasnijih zaga\u0111iva\u010da vazduha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lebde\u0107e \u010destice (PM) <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebde\u0107e \u010destice, kao jedan od naopasnijih zaga\u0111iva\u010da vazduha, su supstance koje se najvi\u0161e nalaze u ni\u017eim dijelovima troposfere. U \u010dvrstom ili te\u010dnom su obliku, raspr\u0161ene u vazduhu. Lebde\u0107e \u010destice mogu biti primarne ili sekundarne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarne\nlebde\u0107e \u010destice su one koje su iz nekog izvora emitovane direktno u atmosferu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekundarne\nlebde\u0107e \u010destice su one koje su u atmosferi formirane od prekursora. Kao glavni\nprekursori za formiranje sekundarnih lebde\u0107ih \u010destica su: sumporov dioksid\n(SO2), azot oksidi (smjesa azot monoksida i azot dioksida, NOx) i isparljivi\norganski spojevi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U znanstvenoj i stru\u010dnoj literaturi se, s obzirom na njihovu dimenziju, ozna\u010davaju suspendirane lebde\u0107e \u010destice engleskim izrazom Particulate Matter, odnosno PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebde\u0107e \u010destice na osnovu promjera (veli\u010dine) dijelimo &nbsp;u tri grupe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Grube \u010destice sa promjerom od 2,5 do 10 \u00b5m, ozna\u010dene kao PM10 <\/li><li>Fine \u010destice sa promjerom manjim od 2,5 \u00b5m, ozna\u010dene kao PM2,5 <\/li><li>Ultra fine (nano) \u010destice sa promjerom manjim\nod 0,1 \u00b5m, ozna\u010dene kao PM0,1<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Odnos veli\u010dine lebde\u0107ih \u010destica mo\u017ee se do\u010darati slikom gdje je prikazana ljudska dlaka i zrno pjeska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pore\u0111enje-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-722\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na stranici Global ambient Air pollution mo\u017eete provjeriti godi\u0161nju srednju vrijednost nivoa PM2,5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disperzija u organizam lebde\u0107ih \u010destica prikazana je na slikama ispod. Javlja se u zemljinoj gornjoj atmosferi i na nivou tla. Ozon mo\u017ee biti dobar ili lo\u0161, ovisno o tome gdje se nalazi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dobar ozon<\/em>. Ozon se prirodno javlja u Zemljinoj gornjoj atmosferi &#8211; 6 do 30 milja iznad Zemljine povr\u0161ine &#8211; gdje formira za\u0161titni sloj koji nas \u0161titi od sun\u010devih \u0161tetnih ultraljubi\u010dastih zraka. Poznato je da ljudske hemikalije uni\u0161tavaju ovaj dobri ozon i stvaraju tzv. \u201eozonske rupe\u201c. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Lo\u0161 ozon.<\/em> U Zemljinoj donjoj atmosferi, u blizini nivoa tla, ozon nastaje kada zaga\u0111iva\u010di koje emituju automobili, elektrane, industrijski kotlovi, rafinerije, hemijska postrojenja i drugi izvori reaguju hemijski na prisustvo sun\u010deve svjetlosti. Ozon na razini zemlje je \u0161tetni zaga\u0111iva\u010d zraka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Ozone.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-725\" width=\"530\" height=\"297\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Azot dioksid (NO2) <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Azot\ndioksid je gas neugodnog mirisa. Mali dio, oko 1% ukupne koli\u010dine azot dioksida\ni vazduhu se formira prirodno u atmosferi od munja ili kao proizvod biljaka, tla\ni vode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostali dio azot dioksida nastaje sagorijevanjem goriva: uglja, nafte i plina. Ve\u0107ina azot dioksida u gradovima dolazi od vozila (oko 80%). Ostali izvori azot dioksida su rafiniranje benzina i metala, proizvodnja elektri\u010dne energije iz elektrana na ugalj, ostale prera\u0111iva\u010dke industrije i prehrambena industrija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azot dioksid va\u017ean je zaga\u0111iva\u010d zraka jer doprinosi stvaranju fotohemijskog smoga koji mo\u017ee imati zna\u010dajan uticaj na zdravlje ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sumpor dioksid (SO2)  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumpor dioksid je nevidljiv gas, neugodmog i veoma o\u0161tarog mirisa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oko 99% sumpor dioksida u vazduhu dolazi iz ljudskih izvora. Glavni izvor sumpornog dioksida jeste industrijska aktivnost koja obra\u0111uje materijale koji sadr\u017ee sumpor, npr: nastajanje elektri\u010dne energije iz uglja, nafte ili plina koji sadr\u017ee sumpor. Neke mineralne rude sadr\u017ee sumpor, a sumpor dioksid se osloba\u0111a prilikom prerade. Osim toga, industrijske aktivnosti koje sagorijevaju fosilna goriva koje sadr\u017ee sumpor mogu biti izvori sumpornog dioksida. Prisutan je i u emisijama motornih vozila kao rezultat sagorijevanja goriva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ugljen monoksid (CO) &nbsp; <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugljen monoksid je bezbojni gas, bez mirisa koji mo\u017ee biti \u0161tetan ako se udi\u0161e u velikim koli\u010dinama. Ugljen monoksid se osloba\u0111a kada se ne\u0161to pregori. Najve\u0107i izvori CO su automobili, kamioni i druga vozila ili strojevi koji sagorijevaju fosilna goriva. Razli\u010diti predmeti u va\u0161em domu, kao \u0161to su neprovjereni grija\u010di prostora od kerozina i plina, curenja iz dimnjaka i pe\u0107i, kao i plinske pe\u0107i, tako\u0111er osloba\u0111aju CO i mogu uticati na kvalitet vazduha u zatvorenom prostoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Olovo (Pb)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Olovo je ranije bilo dosta vi\u0161e zastupljeno kao zaga\u0111iva\u010d vazduha me\u0111utim, uklanjanjem olova iz benzina motornih vozila kao vode\u0107eg izvora, nivoi olova smanjili su se za 98% izme\u0111u 1980. i 2014. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svi zaga\u0111iva\u010di vazduha imaju sli\u010dne izvore nastanka. Svaki pojedinac mo\u017ee doprinijeti da se smanji nivo zaga\u0111iva\u010da vazduha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Da li je vazduh gdje \u017eivite kvalitetan? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017divjeti na teritoriji koja ima minimalno zaga\u0111enje vazduha je spas za zdravlje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvalitet vazduha mjeri se Indeksom kvaliteta vazduha (eng. AIQ).&nbsp; Na osnovu vrijednosti ovog Indeksa lako je ustanoviti eventualni stepen zaga\u0111enosti vazduha kao i mogu\u0107e zdravstvene probleme koje gra\u0111ani mogu osjetiti nekoliko sati ili nekoliko dana nakon izlaganja zaga\u0111enom vazduhu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nNa slici ispod se nalaze kategorije Indeksa kvaliteta vazduha.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Indeks-kvaliteta-vazduha.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-703\" width=\"557\" height=\"406\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na stranici  Svjetsko one\u010di\u0161\u0107enje vazduha:\u00a0Indeks kvalitete vazduha u stvarnom vremenu \u00a0mo\u017eete provjeriti Indeks kvaliteta vazduha za cijeli svijet, u realnom vremenu. Na stranici se nalaze mjerne stanice koje su registrovane i aktivne i na kojima se vr\u0161e mjerenja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ovoj stranici mo\u017eete provjeriti ukupno zaga\u0111enje sa svim zaga\u0111iva\u010dima kao i pojedina\u010dno za odre\u0111eni zaga\u0111iva\u010d odabirom u gornjem desnom uglu u padaju\u0107em meniju na dijelu gdje pi\u0161e Zaga\u0111iva\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Zaga\u0111iva\u010di-1024x458.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-735\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bosna i Hercegovina ima veoma malo registrovanih mjernih stanica zaga\u0111enosti vazduha, iako prema statistikama Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije u 2017. godini ima najve\u0107u stopu smrtnosti u Evropi pripisanu zaga\u0111enju vazduha. Me\u0111utim, ne postoje zvani\u010dni nacionalni podaci koji potvr\u0111uju ili negiraju ovaj zaklju\u010dak. Instituti za javno zdravlje u zemlji trenutno ne prikupljaju podatke o uticaju zaga\u0111enja vazduha na zdravlje i prenose rizike po \u017eivotnu sredinu javnosti samo povremeno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Federacija Bosne i Hercegovine ima ve\u0107i broj mjernih mjesta na kojima se radi o\u010ditavanje zaga\u0111enosti vazduha u realnom vremenu, dok Republika Srpska ima manji broj mjernih stanica i ne dovoljno a\u017euriranih.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O preporu\u010denim radnjama i savjetima za zdravlje u zavisnosti od stepena zaga\u0111enosti vazduha mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati u
