(2020)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Antibiotska rezistencija ili otpornost bakterije na antibiotike je jedan od najve\u0107ih izazova javnog zdravstva dana\u0161njice i jedna od najve\u0107ih prijetnji globalnom zdravlju, sigurnosti hrane i razvoja. Svake godine u SAD-u najmanje 2,8 miliona ljudi dobije infekciju koja je otporna na antibiotike a umre vi\u0161e od 35 000 ljudi. Borba protiv antibiotske rezistencije je prioritet javnog zdravstva i zahtjeva globalni pristup i saradnju u svim sektorima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi\u0161e o antibioticima mo\u017eete pro\u010ditati u \u010dlanku Antibiotici &#8211; \u0161ta i kada? (dva odgovora koja obja\u0161njavaju sve). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antibiotska-rezistencija-1.png\" alt=\"Antibiotska rezistencija\" class=\"wp-image-819\" width=\"684\" height=\"385\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Antibiotska rezistencija &#8211; za\u0161to je opasna?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antibiotska rezistencija mo\u017ee uticati na bilo koga, u bilo kojoj \u017eivotnoj\ndobi i u bilo kojoj zemlji. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antibiotska rezistencija se javlja prirodno, me\u0111utim, zloupotreba ili neracionalno\nkori\u0161tenje antibiotika kod ljudi i \u017eivotinja ubrzava proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infekcije koje su nam svima poznate, kao \u0161to je upala plu\u0107a, tuberkuloza,\ngonoreja, sepsa, salmonela (bolesti koje se prenose hranom), postaje sve te\u017ee\nlije\u010diti a ponekada i nemogu\u0107e radi smanjene djelotvornosti antibiotika koji se\nza njih koriste uslijed antibiotske rezistencije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antibiotska rezistencija dovodi u opasnost dostignu\u0107a savremene medicine. Transplantacija organa, hemoterapija i operacije poput carskog reza postaju mnogo opasnije, bez efikasnih antibiotika za prevenciju i lije\u010denje infekcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antibiotska rezistencija dovodi do ve\u0107ih medicinskih tro\u0161kova, produ\u017eenog\nboravka u bolnici i pove\u0107anja smrtnosti jer \u010desto nijedan poznati antibiotik ne\ndjeluje na izmjenjenu bakteriju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strukturno izmjenjene bakterije, koje nastaju nakon nekontrolisane upotrebe antibiotika, mogu zaraziti ljude i \u017eivotinje, a infekcije koje uzrokuju te\u017ee je lije\u010diti od onih koje izazivaju neizmjenjene odnosno neotporne bakterije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Antibiotska rezistencija &#8211; kako sprije\u010diti?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvensteveno promjenom u pona\u0161anju svih nas, kako zdravstvenih profesionalaca tako i pacijenata, je jedan od glavnih na\u010dina kako da sprije\u010dimo antibiotsku rezistenciju i omogu\u0107imo sebi ozdravljenje i \u017eivot ukoliko se inficiramo nekom bakterijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se antibiotici mogu kupiti za ljudsku ili \u017eivotinjsku upotrebu bez recepta, pojava i \u0161irenje rezistencije se pove\u0107ava. Sli\u010dno tome, u zemljama koje nemaju standardne smjernice za lije\u010denje, zdravstveni profesionalci i veterinari \u010desto propisuju antibiotike, a javnost\/pacijenti ih prekomjerno koristi. Bez hitnih mjera, do\u0107i \u0107emo u post-antibiotsku eru, u kojoj uobi\u010dajene infekcije i manje povrede mogu ponovno ubiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0107 imamo primjer prekomjerne upotrebe antibiotika kod oboljenja izazvanih bakterijom Clostridium difficile, koje je u porastu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bitmedic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Antibiotska-rezistencija-2-1.png\" alt=\"Antibiotska rezistencija\" class=\"wp-image-821\" width=\"735\" height=\"385\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Kako ja kao pojedinac, nezdravstveni profesionalac mogu uticati na sprije\u010davanje antibiotske rezistencije?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Koristite antibiotike samo kada ih propi\u0161e certifikovani zdravstveni profesionalac. Nikako ih ne koristiti na preporuku kom\u0161inice, bake i ostale rodbine!<\/li><li>Ne tra\u017eite antibiotike ako va\u0161 zdravstveni profesionalac ka\u017ee da vam ne trebaju.<\/li><li>Kad koristite antibiotike, pratite savjete zdravstvenog profesionalca.<\/li><li>Ne dijelite i ne koristite ostatke antibiotika. Bez \u201emeni je pomoglo, probaj i ti\u201c.<\/li><li>Sprije\u010dite infekciju na slijede\u0107i na\u010din: redovno perite ruke, higijenski pripremajte hranu, izbjegavajte blizak kontakt sa bolesnim ljudima, praktikujte siguran seks i vakcini\u0161ite se redovno. <\/li><li>Priremite sigurnu hranu:  <ul><li>Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija ima 5 klju\u010deva za sigurnu pripremu hrane: \u010duvajte je \u010distu, odvojite sirovu i kuhanu hranu, temeljno kuhajte, \u010duvajte hranu na sigurnim temperaturama, koristite sigurnu vodu i sirovine.<\/li><li>Birajte hranu koja je proizvedena bez upotrebe antibiotika za ubrzavanje rasta ili prevencije bolesti kod zdravih \u017eivotinja.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Kako zdravstveni profesionalci mogu sprije\u010diti antibiotsku rezistenciju?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Sprije\u010davaju infekcije paze\u0107i da \u010diste ruke, instrumente i okolinu.<\/li><li>Propisuju i izdaju antibiotike samo kada su potrebni, prema trenutnim smjernicama.<\/li><li>Izvje\u0161tavaju timove za nadziranje na antibiotike.<\/li><li>Razgovaraju sa svojim pacijentima o tome kako pravilno uzimati antibiotike, o antibiotskoj rezistenciji i opasnosti od zloupotrebe.<\/li><li>Razgovaraju sa svojim pacijentima o prevenciji infekcija (o vakcinisanju, pranju ruku, sigurnom seksu, pokrivanju nosa i usta prilikom kihanja).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Kako sektor poljoprivede mo\u017ee uticati na sprije\u010davanje antibiotske rezistencije?<br><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Davanje antibiotika \u017eivotinjama samo pod veterinarskim nadzorom.<\/li><li>Ne koristiti antibiotike za podsticanje rasta ili za prevenciju bolesti kod zdravih \u017eivotinja.<\/li><li>Vakcinisati \u017eivotinje da bi smanjili potrebu za antibioticima i koristiti alternative antibiotike kada su dostupni.<\/li><li>Unaprije\u0111ivati i primjenjivati dobre prakse u svim fazama proizvodnje i prerade hrane iz \u017eivotinjskih i biljnih izvora.<\/li><li>Pobolj\u0161ati biolo\u0161ku sigurnost na farmama i sprije\u010diti infekcije putem pobolj\u0161ane higijene i dobrobiti \u017eivotinja. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rje\u0161avanje antibiotske rezistencije je visok prioritet za Svjetsku zdravstvenu organizaciju kao i mnoge druge organizacije koje su odgovorne u polju zdravstva. U maju 2015. godine je na Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj skup\u0161tini odobren \u201eGlobalni akcijski plan za antimikrobnu rezistenciju\u201c koji ima 5 strate\u0161kih ciljeva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Pobolj\u0161ati svijest i razumijevanje antimikrobne rezistencije.<\/li><li>Oja\u010dati nadzor i istra\u017eivanje.<\/li><li>Smanjiti u\u010destalost infekcije.<\/li><li>Optimizovati upotrebu antimikrobnih lijekova.<\/li><li>Osigurati odr\u017eivo ulaganje u suzbijanje antimikrobne otpornosti. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadamo se da je svima mnogo jasnije za\u0161to ne trebamo koristiti antibiotike samoinicijativno i da smo i mi jedni od onih kojima antibiotska rezistencija mo\u017ee na\u0161tetiti i dovesti do smrti.<\/p>\n\n\n<pre>U
